Best Student Paper AwardCharles Gignac was selected as the recipient of the 2011 POAC Best Student Paper Award. Gignac is a student at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique . The title of his paper was “HIGH RESOLUTION RADARSAT-2 SAR DATA FOR SEA-ICE CLASSIFICATION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF NUNAVIK’S MARINE INFRASTRUCTURES”.
