Registration and FeesIn early November, you will be able to register for the Conference directly on-line through a secure site. Participants who pre-register will benefit by a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Conference registration desk. Fees
Registration fees for full participant and student include the welcome reception, conference banquet, tour of Montréal followed by a traditional sugaring-off dinner, access to all sessions, coffee breaks, delegate’s bag with book of abstracts with proceedings on a CD. Accompanying Person: The fee includes participation to the welcome reception, conference banquet, tour of Montréal followed by a traditional sugaring-off dinner, information session with Tourism Montréal representative (light refreshments to be provided) and three informal morning coffee breaks served in the Hospitality Room. Method of PaymentCredit Card Official ReceiptAn electronic receipt will be sent by email to those who have forwarded their payment and Registration Form. Cancellation and RefundsParticipants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to June 15, 2011. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 CAD administration fee.
