Final Paper Submission
Instructions for Preparing Final Camera-Ready Papers
Authors of accepted Abstracts are asked to submit a Camera-Ready Paper which will be reviewed for technical and scientific quality.
- Papers are due by the deadline date of February 15, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST, and must be in final camera-ready format. The only submission form is through web-base upload of PDF.
- There is an 11 MB limit to the PDF file size.
- The submitted final camera-ready manuscript/paper must be prepared in strict adherence to the guidelines. Please see the template link.
- Papers must be submitted using the original title of the abstract. If there has been a change to the title or to the abstract, please contact the Conference Secretariat prior to submission.
- Notice of the results of the review will be sent to the presenting author by March 15, 2011.
- In order to be included into the 21st International Conference on Port and Ocean Engineering under Arctic Conditions Program, the author/presenter must register and pay the Conference registration fee by April 15, 2011.
- Final camera-ready paper submissions must be received by April 29, 2011.
